Be Hotelier integrates with various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), payment gateways, and third-party APIs (e.g., Booking.com, Google Hotels, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Razorpay, etc.). We make reasonable efforts to maintain the reliability of these integrations but are not liable for downtime, data mismatches, or errors caused by third-party platforms. You must also comply with each third-party’s terms of service
All logos, trademarks, content, and platform modules on the Be Hotelier platform are the intellectual property of Be Hotelier Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Without written permission, you may not: Copy, republish, or distribute content from our Services Use Be Hotelier’s name, logos, or designs for marketing or commercial use Create derivative works or clone any part of the software Your license to use the Services is non-transferable and limited to your active subscription period.
Be Hotelier strives to offer uninterrupted and error-free service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-proof performance. We are not liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss of revenue or data caused by misuse or technical failure Third-party failures or internet-related issues Data loss due to user error, virus, or external attack Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.
